Data Deletion Instructions
FireRankings users can request deletion of account data, connected integration data, and data received from connected services such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Mailchimp, Shopify, WordPress, and Wix.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@firerankings.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your FireRankings account and identify any connected integrations you want removed.
What we delete
We will delete or disconnect stored integration credentials, access tokens, account profile data, scheduled content, generated content, and related records associated with your request, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Timing
We process deletion requests within 30 days after confirming the request and the account or integration ownership.
