The part every other tool leaves to you
Social media automation has historically meant one thing: a queue. You write the posts, drop them in, and the tool spaces them out. That saves you the alarm clock, not the work. The bottleneck was never publishing at 9:00 a.m. — it was producing something worth publishing every week, for every channel, forever.
FireRankings starts one step earlier. It reads your website and your existing posts, builds a content brief with an angle and an audience, writes the copy for each platform's format, generates the visual, and only then schedules it. The queue fills itself.
- Brief first: every post starts from a strategy note, not a blank prompt, so a month of content has a through-line instead of twelve unrelated tips
- Per-platform drafting: the LinkedIn version is not the X version with different line breaks
- Visuals included: a designed image or a fully rendered vertical reel with captions and voiceover
- Quality gate: a judging pass scores each draft and sends weak ones back for repair before you ever see them
What one brief produces
A single topic runs through the pipeline once and comes out as a coordinated set. That is the difference between posting on social and running a content programme: the blog post, the three social posts that point at it, and the email that recaps it all say the same thing at the same time.
- A long-form blog article published to WordPress, Wix, or Shopify with metadata and a featured image
- Platform-native posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram
- A vertical reel with a scripted hook, multi-shot footage, burned-in captions, and an AI voiceover
- A Mailchimp campaign built from the same brief
Matching your brand instead of sounding like a robot
The fastest way to spot automated content is that it sounds like nobody. FireRankings addresses that with two inputs you control. Brand voice is extracted from your site copy and the posts already live on your connected pages — sentence length, vocabulary, how formal you are, what you never say. Visual style is extracted the same way, from the images your accounts already publish, so new graphics inherit your palette and composition.
Turn on 'Match my existing style' and every generated post is written and designed against that profile. You can override it per campaign when you want a deliberate departure.
Automation modes, and when to use each
There are three levels of hands-off, and most teams move up the ladder over a few weeks as trust builds.
- Single post: one topic, one output, fully reviewed. Good for launches and anything sensitive.
- Batch generation: pick a count, give each item its own angle if you want, review the drafts together, and schedule the ones you like.
- Automation Mode: define the cadence, the destinations, and the topic sources once. Content is generated and published on a recurring schedule without further input.
Where the automation deliberately stops
Being honest about the edges is more useful than a feature list. FireRankings does not reply to comments or DMs, and it does not run paid campaigns. Instagram publishing requires a Business or Creator account connected through Facebook, which is a Meta rule rather than ours. Anything with a legal, medical, or financial claim should be reviewed by a human before it ships — the quality judge checks for coherence and brand fit, not regulatory compliance.
Setting it up
The first run takes about twenty minutes and most of that is OAuth screens.
- Connect your destinations — social accounts, your blog platform, and Mailchimp if you send email
- Add your website so brand voice and visual style can be extracted
- Generate a batch of five posts and read them; this is your calibration pass
- Adjust the voice profile if anything feels off, then turn on Automation Mode with a cadence you would actually sustain

Frequently asked questions
What does 'fully automated' social media actually mean?
It means the loop runs without you writing anything: FireRankings builds a content brief from your brand and website, drafts the copy, generates the image or reel, and publishes on the schedule you set. You approve drafts if you want to; if you don't, the schedule keeps running.
Which platforms can FireRankings publish to?
LinkedIn, X, Facebook Pages, Instagram, plus blog destinations on WordPress, Wix, and Shopify, and email through Mailchimp. One brief can produce a post for every connected destination at once.
Does AI-generated content hurt my reach?
Platforms penalise low-quality and repetitive content, not AI assistance. FireRankings runs each draft through a brief, a quality judge, and a repair pass, and matches your existing posts' voice and visual style so output reads like your brand rather than generic AI filler.
Can I still edit before anything goes out?
Yes. Every generated post lands as a draft in the scheduler. You can edit copy, swap the image, change the destination, reschedule, or delete it before it publishes.
How is this different from a scheduler like Buffer or Hootsuite?
Schedulers move content you already wrote. FireRankings creates the content — copy, image, and reel — then schedules and publishes it, and covers blog and email in the same run rather than social only.
